I'd heard a lot about this band through a couple of my girlfriends who have seen them a few times around Watford and west London and I was not disappointed! They started off a bit slow I thought with a T. Rex song and something from the sixties but then it moved up a gear with Brown Sugar. Then they played 2 songs more from my era which were Country Girl by Primal Scream which ROCKED and She's Electric which was brill! They've got a great sound, guitars and keyboards blending nicely (loads of piano and organ) and their singer's got a good voice. By the time they came on for the second set the whole place was alive, everyone cheering and singing along and us 3 girls had a great time. The whole pub was singing to "Sweet Caroline" then "500 Miles" and right at the end they played "I predict a riot" and the whole place errupted! Belinda xTo The Funky Mukkas...Wow!!! And then you guys turned up.Everything that happened during the day that did not go exactly to plan was forgotten, as you guys were amazing!You totally rocked the wedding, your music was brilliant and everyone said how great you all were.Thank you so so much for a truely wicked evening, and thank you for doing the Kooks song, you blew it away!You guys should be proud of your music, if I ever have a party again you guys will be asked.Both Russell and I are so grateful for your massive input, it really is something I will never forget.Best wishes to all of you.....Liz & Russell xxxx
